market condos. Land owner Fairmont Hotels & Resorts Co. - Laura Fairweather or
John Ryon 604-601-6912 recently sold the land for $68M to developer Ian Gillespie
of Westbank Projects and Peterson Investment Group. Westbank developed the Shaw
Tower next door and is currently building the new Shangri-La Hotel & Residential
Tower at Georgia & Thurlow.
