    16. Disclosing in a timely manner to the seller all appropriate facts affecting the transaction known to us .
    17. Keeping the Seller informed regarding the progress of the transaction .
    18. Reviewing Contracts of Purchase and Sale submitted for the Seller's consideration .
    19. Assisting the Seller in negotiating favorable terms and conditions with a buyer .
    20. Assisting in the completion and possession process.
    In the event the Seller agrees to sell the property before all items in Schedule A can be performed, the fees associated with this contract will still apply.
    Les & Sonja's Team is so confident you will be pleased with its level of expertise and service, that it offers a RELEASE in the event you are not satisfied with our service - for whatever reason. This means you are not "locked" into a listing agreement, nor are you obligated to continue with Les & Sonja's Team.
