I want to thank you for all of your assistance in helping me find my new home. I was impressed with you throughout the entire process. You were always willing to work to my unusual schedule. You took the time getting to know me, to understand my personality, my requirements, my finances, my goals and worked to find a new home that fit all my personal criteria and parameters.

Your organizational skills, attention to detail and proactive nature ensured I got to view suitable properties before they went to public open house. You did not waste my time by showing me properties that were not suitable or out of my league.

You worked with me from the start to the conclusion of the process ensuring that I was always informed. Your calming personality, sense of humor and demeanor assisted in reducing the stress in home buying, financing and moving. This was especially important to me as I am a single person making massive changes in my life without the benefit of a partner to bounce ideas off of or to share the stress.

Throughout the entire process you provided me with invaluable information to assist with both buying a new property and selling my previous home, even though there was no direct benefit to you for the sale of the old property.

I felt that you weren't simply interested in making a sale, but that you were seeking to match me with the right property for my personal situation. This was clearly evident when we viewed a property that I was seriously considering putting an offer on and you pointed out that the property in question was not suitable for any persons that might suffer from SADs or any sort of depression. Someone else might well have just pushed the sale forward, but you knew this property was not for me and you were correct. That property would not have positively enhanced my life at all.

When I became panicked that inventory in my price range was becoming almost non-existent you were confident that the right home would come available and made efforts to keep me patient while I felt anything but patient. Again, you were correct.

I am now the owner of a fabulous home, that very much suits my personality. I simply could not have done it without you. I don't feel like I found a fabulous realtor® in this process, but that I also made a new friend. I will proudly pass your name on to anyone I know that needs your services as I don't believe they could be better served by anyone other than you.
